Submission of a prescription to the Seller implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Prices are subject to alteration. Goods and services will be charged at the price list ruling at date of dispatch.

All accounts are strictly net and must be settled within 30 days following month of statement ("The Due Date")

Interest may be charged at 8.0% per month on any accounts remaining unpaid after the due date.

Goods which the Seller orders specially for the Buyer are not returnable and are payable in full.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse a guarantee where it believes that the restoration will not last the guarantee period due to its particular circumstances. Claims under the guarantee will only be valid if the account is within our current terms and conditions.

If a remake is requested under the terms of the guarantee the Seller reserves the right to request the original documentation.

In the event of excess workloads at peak times it may be necessary to increase the number of working days in the laboratory and your understanding is appreciated.

Normal working time is ten working days in the laboratory. Work can be completed sooner by prior arrangement.

The Seller reserves the right to charge an express fee of 33% following discussion with the Buyer.

The Seller undertakes to provide quality restorations to your specification using the DAMAS system. However, by fitting the restoration you acknowledge the product is of a quality that meets the criteria satisfy your patient's needs. Payment in this instances then due in full and any claims that the goods were not of the standard required will not be accepted by "the Seller" - resultant remakes will then be charged at full price.

Title of the goods remains wit the Seller until payment is made in full. Any item not paid for must be returned to the Seller.

We supply prepaid labels that cover the UK Mainland first class postal services.

If no return date is specified by the Buyer then delivery will be made at the time most convenient to the Seller.

If no delivery date is originally specified in writing and the buyer requests an early delivery date after the case has been accepted into the lab, or a request is made to finish the work earlier than originally specified by the buyer, a delivery charge nay be levied.

Queries on invoices must be notified within 14 days of Statement.

The Buyer shall not be entitled to withhold payment of any sums after they have become due by reason of any right or set off or counter claim which the Buyer may have or allege or for any reason whatsoever.

these terms and conditions and the contract in which they are incorporated shall be governed by English Law.
